Yesterday we went to Zach's 2 week appointment at the pediatrician. We got a glowing review! His stats improved like a thousand percent from his 5 day appointment:
Five Days--
Weight: 5lbs 14oz (8%) Height: 19in (10%) Head: 13.25in (10%)
Two Weeks--
Weight: 7lbs 0oz. (10%) Height: 20.5in (45%) Head: 14.5in (45%)
We have a growing little boy on our hands! The doctor called him a "massive eater", considering in just 10 days he gained 18 ounces and grew an inch and a half. She was very pleased with his progress, and we are too. His coloring is back to normal and was very good we were also told, which is a huge relief for us. She was surprised to hear that he sleeps up to six hours at a time at night and eats up to four ounces of milk at each feeding. Apparently, we are VERY lucky :) But we knew that already!

Wow that is amazing. That is a huge height increase for a week and a bit!
ReplyDeleteIts true...Caleb didnt not sleep 6 hours in a row until 2 months and we were told we were lucky with that.
